We all have atleast one smartphone and probably you are reading this on your smartphone too and the features that we want in our smartphones are sometimes fixed like whenever we think about smartphone we never think about it's headphone jack because it must be there. it's like someone asking you "do iphone 7 have charging port" so does it make sense the answer is no, because some features are not to be checked as they must be there but if you are aware of xiaomi then you
know that it is a company that makes smartphones under budget and it's latest flagship smartphone which is mi 6 doensn't have headphone jack then now you are thinking how you will listen up the music so do you remember i phone 7 and motorola moto z, they both doesn't have any headphone jack and you can use the charge port as headphone jack which means while charging you can't listen to music but there is a solution on internet about that yes "buy a dual charging port cable" yes this cable connnects to the charging port of your smartphone and now you have two ports one is for charging and another for earphone and now you can charge and listen to music at the same time. so lets continue to the topic
xiaomi now explaining why doesn't they included the headphone jack into their smartphone mi 6. so the reason behind this non-headphone jack is due to the battery size yes you are listening me right. xiaomi removed headphone jack from its latest flagship smartphone mi 6 so that they can fit a large battery into it.
Xiaomi also told to android central that " smartphone internal space are higly precious and remove just headphone jack will save enough room to add big battery and latest charging port which is type c which will surely improve audio quality"
It's quite true as mi 6 comes with 3350 mAh battery compare to mi 5 3000 mAh battery. but both smartphone have 5 inch display and removal of headphone jack made the battery large and made the smartphone little bit thicker at 7.45 mm compared to mi 5 at 7.25 mm. removing headphone jack made it possible to add dual camera to mi 6 and apple smartphone and lack of headphone jack will seems to be bad but doesn't matter to whom who know why it's missing.
